1.When we confirm your payment,we will ship out your package as soon as possible. All the packages will be mailed inside another box!
2.International shipping is handled by International Transport Company, within seven workdays delivery usually,some country maybe faster, and some others may a little slower .
3.After placing orders, please check your e-mail immediately to get order confirmation, and you also can track your order online with the tracking number on the shipping website!
If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders tracking.
Return and Exchange
If the items you received are 1. Wrong Size (Like you did US8, We sent you US9), 2. Wrong items shipped,3. Defective items. You can return them to us. Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 48 hours of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package.
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address that we email you.
